Kaitlin launched BattleCat when she moved to Portland, after leading teams at creative agencies in D.C. She has consulted with clients ranging from coffee brands to NASA. With more than 15 years of experience working with key stakeholders and subject matter experts, she loves bringing complex topics to life through clear, creative communications. Since relaunching the Portland chapter of CreativeMornings in 2019, she's coached speakers each month and built a robust creative community. She has a BA in communications from American University and an MFA in writing from Randolph College.

A versatile strategic communications professional and program manager, Lauren helps senior leaders connect the dots and reach ambitious goals. She’s most recently been at the helm of large, cross-functional teams, leading execution of strategic communications and collaborating with high-level leadership. She received her Master's Degree in public relations and corporate communications from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C.
